What to expect

We're a small, independent project - email is the only channel we offer, there's no live chat or phone line. We read every message and typically reply within a few business days.

Common questions

Is my file uploaded anywhere when I use a converter?
No. Every converter runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your file is never uploaded, so there is nothing for us to see or store - no need to email us about it.
Why isn’t format X supported?
We support a focused set of everyday formats (documents, data, images, and text). If there’s a format you’d like to see added, email us - we read every suggestion, even though we can’t promise a timeline.
Do you offer an API?
Not currently. Every converter is a browser-only tool with no backend, so there’s no API to call. If that ever changes, it will be announced on the Terms page.
Something isn’t converting correctly - what should I include in my email?
Tell us which converter you used, your browser, and roughly what went wrong. Since we never see your files, a short description of the issue (not the file itself, unless you’re comfortable sharing it) is the most useful thing you can send.
